What this automation does, step by step
The moment a new patient's first appointment is booked, the owner automatically enters a welcome series that sends a pre-visit email covering what to bring, parking and check-in instructions, and a link to complete new patient paperwork online ahead of time.
After the first visit, the series continues with a message introducing the practice's wellness plan options, a summary of the clinic's after-hours and emergency policies, and an invitation to download the client portal app for records and scheduling.
The client care specialist no longer has to repeat the same onboarding explanation to every new client in person, and new owners arrive for their first visit already prepared, which measurably shortens check-in time and first-visit no-show rates.
