What this automation does, step by step
The moment a prospective tenant submits a rental application online, the automation instantly forwards the applicant's information to the screening provider and orders the credit and background check without a leasing agent having to log in and manually initiate it.
The applicant receives an automatic confirmation email letting them know the check is underway and roughly how long results typically take.
Once the report comes back, the leasing manager is notified immediately with a pass or flag status, and approved applicants are automatically moved into the lease-signing workflow the same day.
