What this automation does, step by step
Once a lease is signed, this automation sends the new resident a move-in checklist, utility setup instructions, parking and key pickup details, and the building's contact sheet, all personalized with their unit number and move-in date.
On move-in day, the leasing agent receives a reminder to complete the unit walk-through, and the resident is automatically added to the property's communication list.
Thirty days after move-in, a check-in message goes out asking if everything is going smoothly, catching dissatisfaction early before it becomes a lease termination conversation.
