Server and Network Uptime Monitoring Alerts
A done-for-you everyday business automation built for the Infrastructure Engineer, connecting Twilio and Slack so the work below happens on its own.
What this automation does, step by step
Every critical server, router, and hosted application gets pinged on a rolling basis by an uptime monitoring service, checking response times and availability every sixty seconds around the clock instead of relying on employees to notice something is down.
The moment a monitored endpoint fails two consecutive checks, the workflow fires an immediate Slack alert to the infrastructure engineer and, outside business hours, escalates to a phone call through Twilio if nobody acknowledges the alert within five minutes.
A status page updates automatically so the rest of the company can check for known outages before flooding the help desk with duplicate tickets, and a weekly uptime report lands in the team's inbox every Monday.
Outages that used to be discovered by a customer complaint get caught and resolved before most people notice anything was ever wrong.

Using different software? We build around what you already have, so you never have to switch tools to automate.
The manual way vs. the automated way
Without automation
Left unautomated, an infrastructure engineer spends hours on the parts of this job that don't require judgment: copying data, sending reminders, and tracking status by hand. Over a month, those small manual steps add up to a significant amount of lost time.
With this automation
- Low-stock and reorder alerts before you run out
- Vendor and subcontractor confirmations that chase themselves
- Preventive maintenance scheduled by usage or date
- Work orders and project milestones that update stakeholders
