    Wishlist Price-Drop Alert

A done-for-you e-commerce and retail automation built for the Pricing Manager, connecting Zapier and Make.com so the work below happens on its own.

    How it works

What this automation does, step by step

    1. When a customer saves an item to their wishlist using Swym or a native wishlist app, this automation keeps watching that product's price in the background, and the instant it drops, whether from a scheduled sale or a manual markdown, the customer automatically receives a notification through Klaviyo showing the old price crossed out next to the new one.

    2. Zapier or Make.com checks price changes against the full wishlist database daily so no drop goes unnoticed, even on obscure, low-traffic SKUs the pricing team might not think to promote directly.

    3. Because the alert reaches a customer who already decided they wanted the item and was only waiting on price, wishlist price-drop emails convert at a rate few other campaigns can match, turning routine markdowns into an active sales channel instead of a passive price change nobody notices.

    Tools it connects
    • Shopify or WooCommerce
    • Swym or wishlist app
    • Klaviyo
    • Zapier or Make.com

Using different software? We build around what you already have, so you never have to switch tools to automate.

    Before and after

The manual way vs. the automated way

    Without automation

Left to a person, this means a pricing manager re-enters the same data more than once, double-checks it by hand, and still occasionally misses something.

    With this automation

    • Instant first response by text and email on every new inquiry
    • Follow-up cadences that stop the moment a lead replies
    • Stalled-deal alerts before a pipeline quietly goes cold
    • Clean CRM records without manual data entry
