    Escalating Review Reminder for Non-Responders

A done-for-you e-commerce and retail automation built for the Reviews & Reputation Manager, connecting Zapier and Make.com so the work below happens on its own.

    How it works

What this automation does, step by step

    1. When a customer doesn't respond to the initial post-delivery review request sent through Klaviyo, this automation doesn't just resend the same email; seven days later it sends a single follow-up reminder with a slightly different subject line and a small added incentive, a modest discount or loyalty points, for customers who complete a review this time.

    2. Zapier or Make.com tracks whether the review was actually submitted in Judge.me or Yotpo before triggering the reminder, so customers who already left a review never get a redundant nag.

    3. After the second reminder goes unanswered, the customer is removed from the sequence entirely rather than being pestered further.

    4. This single, well-timed follow-up recovers a meaningful share of reviews that the first ask alone would have missed, keeping product pages stocked with fresh social proof without crossing into spam territory.

    Tools it connects
    • Klaviyo
    • Judge.me or Yotpo
    • Zapier or Make.com
    • Shopify or WooCommerce

Using different software? We build around what you already have, so you never have to switch tools to automate.

    Before and after

The manual way vs. the automated way

    Without automation

Without a system in place, a reviews & reputation manager has to manually chase down updates, send reminders one by one, and hope nothing falls through the cracks. None of it is difficult, it's just slow, repetitive, and easy to fall behind on.

    With this automation

    • Review requests timed to the moment the job is done
    • Instant manager alerts when a customer reports a problem
    • Alerts when a new review needs a response
    • Survey and NPS results that reach the people who can act
