What this automation does, step by step
After each coordination model run, this automation parses the clash detection report, categorizes clashes by discipline pair and severity, assigns each clash to the responsible discipline lead with a resolution deadline, and distributes a summary to all coordination meeting participants before the next session.
Unresolved clashes from the prior meeting that are still open are highlighted in red in each distribution, creating accountability without the BIM coordinator manually tracking every clash through its full resolution lifecycle across multiple consultants and subcontractors.
