What this automation does, step by step
Each shift, pick rates, pack rates, receiving throughput, and order accuracy metrics are automatically compiled from the WMS and presented in a real-time dashboard that the warehouse director can check from anywhere.
Shifts that fall below productivity targets trigger an alert during the shift (not in a report the next morning) so the director can intervene while there is still time to course-correct.
At week end, a performance summary is automatically distributed to shift supervisors comparing actual versus target across every key metric, building a culture of accountability without manual report-building from the director's team.
