What this automation does, step by step
Based on each vehicle's mileage data synced from the telematics system, this automation calculates when the next oil change, inspection, DOT compliance check, or registration renewal is due and schedules it automatically with the designated service provider.
The driver and fleet manager both receive reminders 14 and 3 days in advance, and any vehicle that misses a scheduled service is flagged as out of compliance until the service record is uploaded, keeping the fleet legal and the maintenance log current without manual tracking.
