Receiving, Putaway & Pick-Pack-Ship Task Assignment

A done-for-you logistics automation built for the Warehouse Manager, connecting Slack and Airtable so the work below happens on its own.

    How it works

What this automation does, step by step

    1. When a purchase order is marked received, the system automatically creates putaway tasks assigned to the correct zone team, updates inventory counts in the WMS, and notifies the fulfillment team that the items are available to pick.

    2. When a sales order is released, pick tasks are assigned to available pickers based on zone and workload, packing instructions are generated, and the carrier label is ready before the picker arrives at the pack station, eliminating the supervisory bottleneck that typically slows warehouse throughput.

    Tools it connects

Using different software? We build around what you already have, so you never have to switch tools to automate.

    Before and after

The manual way vs. the automated way

    Without automation

Without a system in place, a warehouse manager has to manually chase down updates, send reminders one by one, and hope nothing falls through the cracks. None of it is difficult, it's just slow, repetitive, and easy to fall behind on.

    With this automation

    • Low-stock and reorder alerts before you run out
    • Vendor and subcontractor confirmations that chase themselves
    • Preventive maintenance scheduled by usage or date
    • Work orders and project milestones that update stakeholders
