Volunteers who don't confirm their assignment by Wednesday receive an automatic reminder.
Last-minute cancellations trigger an immediate text to the next qualified volunteer on the waitlist so every role is covered before Sunday morning.
The executive pastor sees a complete weekend readiness dashboard on Thursday rather than fielding a cascade of calls from team leaders on Saturday night.
