    Subcontractor Confirmation & Reminder System

A done-for-you construction automation built for the Field Superintendent, connecting Twilio and Google Calendar so the work below happens on its own.

    How it works

What this automation does, step by step

    1. As soon as a subcontractor's start date is confirmed for a job, this automation sends them an immediate text confirming the date, the site address, and the scope expected on-site, and logs the confirmation in the project schedule.

    2. A reminder text goes out automatically 48 hours before the confirmed date, and a second same-day reminder goes out the morning of, cutting down on the no-shows and last-minute reschedules that throw off an entire week's sequencing.

    3. The field superintendent receives a daily digest showing exactly which subs are confirmed for the next three days and which haven't yet responded, so schedule gaps get caught and fixed days before they become a delay instead of hours before an empty job site.

    Tools it connects

Using different software? We build around what you already have, so you never have to switch tools to automate.

    Before and after

The manual way vs. the automated way

    Without automation

Without automation, this falls entirely on a field superintendent, who has to track every step by hand across emails, spreadsheets, and sticky notes. It rarely feels urgent in the moment, but it adds up fast.

    With this automation

    • Low-stock and reorder alerts before you run out
    • Vendor and subcontractor confirmations that chase themselves
    • Preventive maintenance scheduled by usage or date
    • Work orders and project milestones that update stakeholders
