What this automation does, step by step
Community events, conferences, and weekend service registrations are handled through a branded registration form that captures attendance preference, meal choices, childcare needs, and volunteer interest.
Confirmed registrants receive an immediate confirmation with event details, a calendar invite, and a reminder 48 hours before the event.
Registrants who expressed volunteer interest are automatically routed to a volunteer coordinator for role assignment, and all assigned volunteers receive their instructions and check-in location automatically the day before.
Post-event, all attendees receive a digital follow-up with a recap, next steps for connection, and a giving opportunity, turning a one-time event into a relationship continuation.
