What this automation does, step by step
When a new project goes out for bids, this automation sends a formatted bid request to the right subcontractors from a categorized vendor database, tracks who has and hasn't responded, follows up with a reminder at the deadline, and compiles all received bids into a side-by-side comparison sheet for the GC to review.
What used to be a week of email chasing becomes an organized, documented bid process that runs mostly on its own.
