What this automation does, step by step
When new products are added to the menu, this automation sends every budtender a product education brief and a short quiz to confirm they understand the effects, recommended use cases, and any relevant compliance disclosures before they sell it to a customer.
Quiz results are logged per employee, and budtenders who score below the threshold receive the material again with a re-test prompt before they are cleared to sell the product.
The budtender manager sees a real-time training compliance dashboard showing who has completed required trainings and who has outstanding items, keeping customer service quality and compliance standards consistent across every shift.
