What this automation does, step by step
Tenants automatically receive a reminder ahead of their move-in or move-out date to set up or transfer their utilities, reducing the service gaps and confused calls to the office that happen when a new resident arrives to a unit with no power on, or a departing tenant leaves utilities running in their name past move-out.
The reminder includes the local utility providers' contact information pre-filled for that specific property, turning what used to be a source of first-week frustration for new residents into a smooth, uneventful handoff.
