What this automation does, step by step
Before any hazardous work begins on a well site, this automation issues the digital Permit to Work form to the requesting crew, routes it for approval through the operations manager and safety officer, and logs the approved permit with a timestamp and expiration window.
At the start of every shift, field personnel submit a brief digital check-in confirming site conditions, hazard controls in place, and crew headcount, and any crew that hasn't checked in within 30 minutes of shift start triggers an immediate alert.
