What this automation does, step by step
This automation maintains a running record of every technician's state license, EPA certification, and manufacturer credentials, with renewal deadlines tracked internally and reminders sent to both the technician and the HR and compliance manager sixty and fourteen days before each one expires.
Technicians can upload proof of renewal directly through a simple form, which automatically updates their record and clears the alert without anyone re-entering data by hand.
A dashboard shows the compliance manager every technician's status at a glance, color-coded by how close each credential is to expiring.
