What this automation does, step by step
Every other Friday, a short five-question pulse survey goes out automatically through Typeform to the full team, with results feeding directly into a live dashboard in Google Sheets that tracks sentiment trends by department over time.
Anyone who hasn't responded within 48 hours gets a single friendly Slack reminder, and if a team's average score drops below a set threshold for two consecutive surveys, the department head and HR automatically get an alert to check in before the dip turns into a resignation.
Individual comments stay anonymous, but trend data gets reviewed automatically in HR's monthly meeting.
