When a court is vacated, a quick-inspection prompt goes to the on-duty staff via text to confirm the space is clean and equipment is in place before the next booking.
Any facility damage or maintenance need reported by a user or staff member automatically creates a work order with priority level, assigned maintenance staff, and an estimated resolution timeline, keeping the facility's condition from degrading silently between scheduled maintenance cycles.
