What this automation does, step by step
When a client books online or by phone, this automation immediately sends a confirmation text and schedules two more touchpoints automatically: a reminder 48 hours out and a second one 3 hours before the appointment, each with a one-tap link to confirm, reschedule, or cancel.
Clients who cancel inside the 24-hour window are prompted to pick a new slot from the stylist's live calendar instead of just canceling outright, and any slot that opens up is fed straight into the waitlist system.
Front desk staff stop spending mornings dialing down a no-show list, and chairs stop sitting empty when a same-day reminder could have filled them.
