What this automation does, step by step
An online gift card purchase automatically triggers a delivery confirmation to the buyer along with a scheduled send date if it was purchased as a future gift, and months later, if the recipient still has an unused balance, they automatically receive a friendly reminder text that they still have money waiting to be spent.
Gift cards with a balance reminder attached get redeemed at a noticeably higher rate than cards left untouched, converting what would otherwise be a forgotten balance sitting on the books into an actual booked visit.
