What this automation does, step by step
When a discovery request is received and logged, this automation calculates the response deadline based on the applicable rules (federal, state, or local) creates a series of internal preparation deadlines working backward from that date, and assigns tasks to the responsible attorney and paralegal with escalating reminders.
Any task that misses its internal deadline triggers an immediate flag to the supervising attorney.
