    Low Stock Auto-Reorder Alerts

A done-for-you e-commerce and retail automation built for the Inventory Manager, connecting Slack and Google Sheets so the work below happens on its own.

    How it works

What this automation does, step by step

    1. Each SKU is assigned a reorder threshold based on its sales velocity and the supplier's typical lead time.

    2. The moment stock on hand drops below that threshold, the inventory manager gets an immediate Slack and email alert with the recommended reorder quantity already calculated, and for established suppliers the automation can go a step further and send the purchase order directly.

    3. This closes the gap between "someone notices stock is getting low" and "the reorder actually gets placed," which is where most stockouts on best-selling SKUs quietly happen.

    Tools it connects

Using different software? We build around what you already have, so you never have to switch tools to automate.

    Before and after

The manual way vs. the automated way

    Without automation

Without this system, an inventory manager manually pieces together information from different places, then has to relay it to everyone who needs it. Over a month, those small manual steps add up to a significant amount of lost time.

    With this automation

    • Low-stock and reorder alerts before you run out
    • Vendor and subcontractor confirmations that chase themselves
    • Preventive maintenance scheduled by usage or date
    • Work orders and project milestones that update stakeholders
