    Unsigned Estimate Follow-Up Sequence

A done-for-you construction automation built for the Business Development Manager, connecting Twilio and PandaDoc so the work below happens on its own.

    How it works

What this automation does, step by step

    1. Once an estimate or bid is sent to a prospective client, this automation starts a follow-up clock, and if the estimate hasn't been signed within 3 days, the prospect automatically receives a friendly check-in email asking if they have any questions.

    2. A second follow-up goes out at 7 days with a direct link back to the proposal, and at 14 days the business development manager receives an internal alert to make a personal call before the lead goes cold.

    3. Estimates that remain unsigned after 30 days are automatically moved to a nurture sequence rather than falling out of the pipeline entirely, and close rates improve simply because no signed-but-forgotten estimate is ever left to expire in silence.

    Tools it connects

Using different software? We build around what you already have, so you never have to switch tools to automate.

    Before and after

The manual way vs. the automated way

    Without automation

Done manually, a business development manager has to remember to follow up on every case individually, often relying on memory, phone calls, and whatever notes didn't get lost. None of it is difficult, it's just slow, repetitive, and easy to fall behind on.

    With this automation

    • Instant first response by text and email on every new inquiry
    • Follow-up cadences that stop the moment a lead replies
    • Stalled-deal alerts before a pipeline quietly goes cold
    • Clean CRM records without manual data entry
