What this automation does, step by step
Every inventory movement (receiving, transfer, sale, destruction, or adjustment) is logged in real time and automatically synced to the state's required track-and-trace system (METRC, BioTrack, or equivalent) so that the compliance manager's reporting obligation is met continuously rather than in a stressful end-of-month data dump.
Any inventory discrepancy identified between the POS and the track-and-trace system triggers an immediate compliance alert, and the compliance manager receives a daily reconciliation summary confirming that all movement is accounted for before the next state inspection catches what the internal process missed.
