    Post-Service Pickup Review Request

A done-for-you automotive automation built for the Customer Experience Coordinator, connecting Podium so the work below happens on its own.

    How it works

What this automation does, step by step

    1. A review request goes out automatically a few hours after the repair order is marked picked up, timed to when the customer's experience with the service department is still fresh rather than a generic monthly blast sent to everyone regardless of when they were actually in.

    2. Customers who indicate a poor experience are routed privately to the customer experience coordinator instead of straight to a public review, while satisfied customers are routed directly to a one-click Google review link, keeping the public rating climbing while problems get caught and resolved before they go public.

    Tools it connects
    • Shop management software (e.g., Tekmetric or Shop-Ware)
    • Zapier or Make.com
    • NiceJob or Podium (review routing)
    • Google Business Profile API

Using different software? We build around what you already have, so you never have to switch tools to automate.

    Before and after

The manual way vs. the automated way

    Without automation

Without this system, a customer experience coordinator manually pieces together information from different places, then has to relay it to everyone who needs it.

    With this automation

    • Review requests timed to the moment the job is done
    • Instant manager alerts when a customer reports a problem
    • Alerts when a new review needs a response
    • Survey and NPS results that reach the people who can act
