What this automation does, step by step
Every provider and licensed staff member's credentials (DEA license, state medical license, malpractice insurance, BLS certification, and board certifications) are tracked with expiration dates in a central system.
Renewal reminders are sent to the staff member at 120, 60, and 30 days before expiration, and the practice administrator receives a weekly compliance dashboard showing every credential status across the entire practice.
Any credential that lapses without a renewal on file triggers an immediate escalation, because an expired license is a compliance and liability issue that cannot wait until the next Friday report.
