What this automation does, step by step
When a new patient books their first appointment, this automation sends an immediate welcome email from the dentist with a personal introduction, a link to complete intake forms before the visit, and instructions for the office location and parking.
Forty-eight hours before the appointment, a confirmation text goes out with a one-tap confirm or reschedule option.
After the first visit, the new patient receives a follow-up message asking about their experience, and those who respond positively receive an invitation to leave a Google review within 24 hours.
