What this automation does, step by step
Using the mileage and date logged at each visit, this automation calculates when every customer is due for their next oil change, tire rotation, or manufacturer-recommended service interval, and sends a reminder text two to three weeks ahead of that date, timed off actual mileage patterns rather than a flat calendar interval.
